ITEM RESERVATIONY

Our items are NOT reserved while in your shopping bag. Once arrived in PayPal-checkout your items are reserved for 10 minutes. If you do not complete your purchase within 10 minutes from arriving in the PayPal checkout, your items are released and are made available to other customers.

 

HOW CAN I PAY?

Payment is handled by PayPal where you can either pay through your PayPal account or with your VISA or Mastercard. For more information – www.paypal.com

 

IS VAT INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICES?

Yes, VAT is included in all our prices.

 

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICES?

Shipping is not included in in the prices displayed but are added and shown in the checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping fees are not inclusive import fees that may be charged by your country of residence when the package reaches your destination country.

 

WHAT CURRENCIES CAN I USE?

All prices displayed in Grand Bazaar Shopping are in USD. As an international customer you can pay with your Visa, Mastercard or PayPal as usual. Grand Bazaar Shopping can´t be held responsible for any variations in the exchange rate between the two currencies. 

 

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

If you have not received your order confirmation from Grand Bazaar Shopping please check your spam filter to see if it has been marked as spam. If not please contact us and we´ll be glad to help you.

HOW DOES YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE WORK?

 

All the orders are shipped either via UPS or DHL from grandbazaarshopping.com warehouse.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

We ship Worldwide. International orders are shipped with Local Post Office or UPS and take 7-15 work days. During Swedish holidays the delivery time may be longer. Your order is delivered to the address you stated when placing your order. This means you will have to be present at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery. Please note that we might  deliver via P.O. Boxes. Shipping costs are not including import fees that could be charged when the package reaches your country of residence.

 

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we’re here to help. Please contact us on contact@grandbazaarshopping.com We’ll reply as quickly as possible and do our best to locate your parcel right away. If it cannot be found, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

IS MY ORDER ON ITS WAY TO ME?

Once your order has been shipped from the grandbazaarshopping.com warehouse, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking link which lets you track your package on its journey to you. Please note that it may take several hours before the first action is update in your order status.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are not able to cancel or change your order.

 

CAN I AMEND MY DELIVERY ADRESS?

We are unable to cancel or change any part of your order including the delivery address or payment method once your order is complete.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges will be added to your order and displayed in the total cost of your order. Shipping rates are not inclusive import fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
